Good afternoon everyone!
After seeing you guys at Halcon, I became inspired to start work on a 3d printed Shoretrooper costume! I have begun work printing and joined the pathfinder forums. I am looking forward to creating a full costume (and hopefully having it approved lol).
Thanks, Matt David Sutherland

Welcome Matt. I also have a 3d printed shoretrooper if you have any question feel free to ask:
My first advise is just follow along with the CRL the 501st costume reference library for the shoretrooper. Make sure the details are on the part before you print. I know some free files like Sean fields which is what I used can pass. But since the crl has changed some since he released them to include new details found. require some modifications, some people have modified them just requires finding and downloading.
If you got Paul’s files they are the best but really expensive.
As for soft parts I know forum has a good list of trust vendors to purchase from depending on your budget..

Hi Ryan, I am aware that Sean's files are somewhat inaccurate, but I can't find out how (Especially concerning the Bucket). I am trying to follow the CRL as closely as possible, but I am scared to waste time or materials here. I am almost done printing and assembling the helmet, so it would be nice to know what I will have to change before I use the Montanna paint. Do you have any idea what I will have to change? Note I am using Sean's Mk2 Helmet files, and I am only going for level 1 clearance. Once the helmet is assembled, I will be posting WIP pictures to the pathfinders before painting as well. For soft parts, I plan to create them myself or get the materials and ask a tailor to assemble them. The gloves I am not sure about just yet, but I am still doing research on that front. I am curious if Classic Dress Blundstones would work as a replacement boot instead of Orca Bay because that is what my mother is getting me for Christmas this year (lol). The only major difference I see is the Blundstones lack one stitching line near the front.

those boots should be fine they are chelsea style which is a the only basic requirement once weathered.
the Mk2 helmet just need to close the back 6 vents on each side. put sheet of plastic inside to cover them.
Hand plates - Oblong recess on the front edge is missing
V2 Chest plate is fine
back Plate is the most confusing part, there is a back retrofit which has new parts to make it the fit the v2 chest. it has cut guides, which require you to pring v1 and cut to v2, i will see if there is a v2 back mod that you can print and it will fit the v2 chest without having to print and cut.
shoulders are fine
biceps are fine
forearms are fine i know there is a modified file as sean fields are kind of square and fit the arm weird (to snug at wrist but too large at forearm
greaves are fine
belt and thermo detonator are fine.
and ab and kidney are fine.
